All leases turn over in the summer, usually in July; regardless of when they start. So a lease starting in Feb. will be a 17-month lease.

Security deposits range from $1,800 to $2,500.

Cost to run your credit and process your application; $30 for the 1st person, $15 for each additional wage-earner.

7 Old W Chapel and all W Asheville houses have propane fireplaces. Renters are responsible for tank rental ($5/mo.) + cost of gas.

These houses are too small for families with 5 or more sentient beings or more than 2 cars.
